Simply put, this is how we do business.

We will do anything within our ability to make you happy. If we can't, we will refund your money.

We promise to take the time to thoroughly explain your technical situation in plain English and only advise what we believe is in your best interest.

Clients who are members of "The Pack" are our priority clients. Its less than $2.00 per day and assures you our undivided attention when you need it.

Payment is due upon pick up of your computer. We do not offer financing but we do take credit cards. You can also pay online.

Donated usable computer equipment will be environmentally recycled or reused.

If we can answer your question in a few minutes we will do so in email at no charge.

The clients data is of paramount importance to us, that is why we offer an unlimited off-site backup with every service contract computer.
